Kien Nguyen, Ph.D., MBA
Managing Director & Founder of alphaMedTec, has 20+ years of medical device industry experience.
He has led R&D, US and global marketing, and medical sales organizations. During his tenure at Ethicon, Inc., Kinetic Concepts, Inc., Stryker Orthopeadics, and SomnoMed, Inc., he was involved in the development and commercialization of over two dozen medical devices worldwide.
His industry experience includes Tissue Engineering, BioSurgery, Advance Wound Care, Orthopeadic Surgery, and Sleep Apnea. Kien earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
